Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through strategic sourcing techniques and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across tech, healthcare, and finance
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Represent our agency at industry events to expand brand presence and talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or agency recruiting experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Deep knowledge of Oakland's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing and Recruiting Certification (CSR) a plus
