Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS system
- Assist with job posting optimization across multiple platforms
- Contribute to weekly recruitment metrics and reporting
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and networking events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, customer service, or sales roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools
- Results-driven mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for client meetings
