Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse part-time positions across Albuquerque
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Track placement metrics and provide regular reports to staffing managers
- Coordinate job fairs and recruitment events across the Albuquerque metro area
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in multitasking environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for events
