Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and our proprietary ATS
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update candidate profiles and maintain accurate recruitment data in our CRM
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring partners across Memphis industries
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance recruitment techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick learner of new software
- Customer-service mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable making 30-50 outbound calls daily
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
