Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Source passive candidates through various channels including social media and job boards.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open client positions.
- Foster strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Coordinate the interview process between clients and candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High level of energy and a desire to succeed.
