Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential job candidates.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions within our client network.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, scheduling, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to ensure consistent placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
