Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles across Memphis and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding support
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipeline
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for efficiency
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with agency or corporate background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong understanding of Memphis's job market and key industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
