Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Market our staffing services to local businesses and expand client portfolio
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
