Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify top talent for our clients.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Update candidate data and recruitment metrics in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
