Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for contract and part-time technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Analysis).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on hiring status and pipeline health.
- Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Fort Worth market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing, specifically within the IT sector.
- Proven success in placing candidates in contract and part-time roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local client meetings (optional).
