Responsibilities
- Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings, employer branding materials, and recruitment marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
- Participate in recruitment events and networking activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
