Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client partnerships including Fortune 500 companies
- Develop innovative talent pipelines through niche job boards, virtual recruiting events, and referral programs
- Execute data-driven candidate assessments using ATS analytics and pre-employment screening tools
- Forge strategic client relationships through weekly business reviews and market trend analysis
- Maintain 95%+ placement ratio through meticulous candidate matching and interview coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated success in closing complex offers
- Strong understanding of Jacksonville's labor market dynamics and industry clusters
- Proficiency in diversity recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring practices
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client site visits
