As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll leverage your industry expertise to identify, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across diverse sectors including tech, healthcare, and finance. Responsibilities
- Urgently fill temporary and contract positions with qualified candidates within 24-48 hours of client requests
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using ATS platforms and direct outreach strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and placement documentation
- Track key metrics such as fill rates and time-to-hire to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and client requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or high-volume environment
- Proven track record of meeting urgent hiring deadlines and high-volume placement goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to evaluate cultural fit
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings (if required)
