Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across Louisville
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency
- Represent our agency at Louisville job fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Deep knowledge of Louisville's job market and industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
