Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Memphis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to match talent with role requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract Memphis's top talent
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with Memphis market knowledge
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client meetings
