Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries (hospitality, tech, healthcare)
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, placement, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring requirements
- Leverage ATS systems and social media platforms for proactive talent acquisition
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for conversion rates
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless candidate experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
