Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match technical skills and cultural fit with client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers in target industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on hitting targets and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
