Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
