Your Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle recruitment process for our Fortune 500 clients. You will act as a strategic partner, sourcing passive candidates, conducting technical screenings, and closing top talent to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to fill critical technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media networking, to identify high-caliber passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using our proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT, Engineering, or Software Development roles.
- Proficiency with major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, .NET, AWS, Azure, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
