Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarks to candidates to ensure transparency.
- Collaborating with the sales team to drive new business and expand our client base in the Fort Worth metroplex.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered).
