Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies and startups
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to address high-demand niche positions
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong network of candidates across Raleigh-Durham tech corridor
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
