Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client needs across multiple industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job postings to interviews to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and candidates
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networking for passive candidate sourcing
- Meet weekly KPIs: placements, submissions, and client satisfaction metrics
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Chicago
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience in Chicago market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
