Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client assignments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media for talent acquisition
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong network of Colorado Springs tech and healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent assignments
- SHRM or CSP certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license (client site visits required)
