Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for high-demand roles in technology, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent our agency at industry events and job fairs to expand talent networks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated placement success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation a plus
