Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment or agency environment
- Proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Dallas market knowledge preferred
