Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment methodologies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with client business objectives
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and compensation trends
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually in competitive markets
- Expert knowledge of Boston's tech, healthcare, and finance talent landscape
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and social media sourcing techniques
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated placement metrics
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and adjust strategies
- SHRM-SCP or CERM certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with minimal supervision
