Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in temporary-to-permanent positions
- Build and maintain relationships with top employers in Oakland and surrounding areas
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Bay Area job market and key industries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
