Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across Portland's healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary positions via phone and virtual platforms
- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless shift coverage for weekend operations
- Process payroll documentation and maintain compliance with Oregon labor regulations
- Track staffing metrics and optimize weekend placement efficiency
- Collaborate with branch managers to forecast weekend staffing demands
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Portland's labor market and weekend industry needs
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6AM-6PM)
- Valid Oregon driver's license with reliable transportation
