Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles
- Develop deep client relationships through strategic account management
- Execute full-cycle recruitment across IT, Finance, Engineering, and Healthcare verticals
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Ohio
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of Ohio's talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
