Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend staffing assignments across various industries
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes for weekend roles
- Coordinate with clients to understand weekend staffing needs and match suitable candidates
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide feedback to weekend staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing schedules
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure seamless weekend operations
- Collaborate with the full-time team to optimize staffing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or related field
- Proven ability to manage weekend shifts and flexible schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
