Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
- Train junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
- Participate in industry events to expand agency's market presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record placing candidates in healthcare, IT, or finance roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification preferred
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for client visits
