Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs across government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and innovative startups
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving staffing requirements
- Leverage ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to implement innovative sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of filling urgent roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong understanding of Washington DC's employment landscape and regulatory requirements
