Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database of potential candidates and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with account managers to understand client needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage candidate paperwork, background checks, and onboarding coordination efficiently.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local Portland labor market trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (1-2 years preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
