Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates in the Sacramento area.
- Talent Assessment: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and build strong, long-term partnerships.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the interview scheduling process, coordinate offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market insights to candidates and clients.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Sacramento job market and professional network.
