Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates to client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS tools and social media to identify passive candidates
- Track placement metrics and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
