Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Update candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing and hosting job fairs and recruitment events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
