Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time roles in Minneapolis' thriving industries
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct engaging interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with ideal opportunities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and market trends
- Represent TalentBridge at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Knowledge of Minneapolis job market and local industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
