Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various administrative and technical roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools in the Mesa area.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS software.
