Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct detailed phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate between clients and candidates
- Present qualified candidate profiles to clients with detailed recommendations
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience in a professional setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge of Memphis business landscape and local talent market preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
