Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and skills match
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) for pipeline management
- Drive recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expert knowledge of Oakland's local talent market and industries
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
