Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Conducting thorough behavioral and skills-based interviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Utilizing ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) for candidate tracking
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment KPIs
- Staying updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems

- Valid Tennessee driver's license for client meetings
