Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Post job descriptions on multiple platforms and ensure accurate data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
