Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Track and report key recruitment metrics weekly
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Nashville's job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
