Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in Mesa's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and community networking
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment processes for 95%+ fill rates
- Represent Mesa Talent Connect at local job fairs and industry events
- Maintain compliance with AZ labor regulations and ATS best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Mesa or Phoenix metro area
- Proven track record of 50+ placements/year in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Deep knowledge of Mesa's business landscape and talent pools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license for local client meetings
- Ability to start immediately with no notice period
