Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse client requirements
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate cultural fit
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at 50+ client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of 15+ placements in the last 6 months
- Expert knowledge of California labor regulations and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong local network within Long Beach business community
