Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs in Fresno and surrounding areas
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across manufacturing, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements, interviews, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
