Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring deadlines
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong network within Portland's professional community
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Oregon driver's license (client site visits required)
