Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary and permanent positions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to drive recruitment efforts.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (entry-level with high potential considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to client sites may be required).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
