Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for urgent technical, administrative, and executive roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value corporate clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments remotely/in-person
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for pipeline management
- Drive recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, fill rate, and candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency staffing/recruitment
- Proven track record placing candidates in NYC's competitive market
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive hiring needs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- NYC-based candidates only (no remote relocation exceptions)
