Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in daily pay/temporary roles within 24-48 hours
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking immediate staffing solutions
- Manage candidate onboarding for same-day pay positions including documentation and payroll coordination
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for high-volume daily pay roles
- Conduct market research to identify emerging job trends and skill demands in New Orleans
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless candidate-to-client handoffs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with daily pay/temporary placement focus
- Proven ability to fill urgent same-day pay positions in New Orleans market
- Strong knowledge of Louisiana labor laws and payroll compliance for temporary workers
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, StaffingSoft)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
